Chef Paul and his partner in crime, Event Manager Jo-Anne, take their lifetime experience in catering and events to bring their clients an upmarket private Catering & Event Management service to not only the Gold Coast but throughout Australia.
We pride ourselves on a service offering that is flexible and we can design catering and event solutions tailored to the event with the main objective to ensure that you get a quality catering and event solution that suits your every catering and event need. We utilise top quality and where possible local sustainable ingredients and cater for all dietary requirements and work closely with our clients to bring their vision to life.

From the wedding planning perspective- we had a DIY venue in a rural town with numerous different contractors to coordinate, and it poured down with rain on our wedding day! Jo’s administrative ability and planning skills were nothing short of remarkable in reducing our stress and delivered an amazing day. From a food and beverage catering perspective- Gaby my beautiful wife is from El Salvador and we wanted to feed our guests Latin-style street food. Paul designed a custom menu from scratch which was an absolute hit. We couldn’t have been happier with their service, price and the outcome we received.

Paul Ramunno of Arlo’s Catering has catered for me on numerous occasions for usually around 36 guests. The standard of food is of the highest, I have many guests complimenting Paul on the quality and presentation of his three course sit down meals.
