Wedding Consultation
Boutique Package
For the couple wanting to be guided through the entire wedding planning process, with unlimited professional advice, design and décor concepts, perfectly suited service providers and management of every detail of your wedding day.
INCLUDES:
- Initial meeting to discuss your every wish, understand your vision, personal style & budget
- Assistance with décor & themes
- Continued access to the event coordinator
- Budget preparation and management
- Notification of invoice due dates
- Prepare checklists and wedding schedule
- Vendor referrals and attendance with scheduled vendor meetings
- Confirmation of all service providers and contracted suppliers
- Assist with wedding attire selection
- Assist with design and printing of invitations and stationery
- Assistance and directions with menu selections
- Final meeting 1 week prior to wedding to confirm all details and vendors
- Wedding day itinerary and schedule
- Assistance with guests list and seating arrangements
- Ceremony consultation and guidance

This package is designed for the bride and groom who need a little assistance in finalising choices, requiring some advice but still wanting the final say with the design of their wedding day. We provide you with referrals to professional vendors as well as insight into creating a truly bespoke wedding.

- Initial meeting to discuss your every wish, understand your vision, personal style & budget
- Assistance with colour schemes, décor, themes and style
- Continued access to the event coordinator
Vendor referrals – outstanding service providers most suited to your needs - Assist with bonbonierre/wedding favour selection
- Assisting in selection and printing of invitations and stationery
- Assistance with menu selections

Wedding Consultant Package & On Day Direction
We will begin coordination of your wedding 4 to 6 weeks prior to your wedding day. This package is perfect for a bride and groom who has overseen the design of their wedding day but would prefer a professional touch to ensure the day is executed to perfection, allowing a stress free day.
INCLUDES:
- Initial meeting to discuss your every wish, understand your vision, personal style & budget
- Continued access to the event coordinator
Liase and receive confirmation of all details with your selected suppliers
Final meeting 1 week prior to wedding to confirm all details - Wedding day itinerary and schedule
- Assist with guest list, seating plan, covid tracing list
- Assist with dietary lists for caterers
- Oversee wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours) if required
- Coordinate and commence ceremony
Oversee the delivery and set up of wedding venue
Greet vendors and oversee set up
Coordinate wedding reception activities with venue/ Mc & DJ/Band - Oversee function staff and caterers
Oversee pack down/clean up post wedding - Oversee wedding gifts are taken at end of night by Bride and Grooms allocated person and help place in their vehicle
